Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Civil Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site progress, enforce quality standards, and ensure safety compliance on on-site projects in Malaysia.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3-5 years of supervision experience, proficiency in MS Office, and strong people management, detail orientation, and problem-solving skills. On-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of working experience in supervision of construction works.
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications.
• Proactive and effective personnel management skills.
• Strong attention to details and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily progress of construction activities to ensure adherence to plan, quality standard and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors, vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure that all materials delivered to site are as per approved specifications.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and site rules.
• Prepare and maintain site daily reports including attendance, work logs, deliveries, machinery and weather records.
• Report progress, delays and issues to superior.
