Job summary

Meinhardt EPCM Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to create, monitor, and analyse project schedules in line with best practices. You will develop programs, write bids, coordinate cross-team efforts, and report progress to clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in engineering or project management, has 8+ years of planning experience, and is proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Knowledge of ISO standards is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree Holder in Engineering or Project Management.
• 8 years or more working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Analytical and Logical Thinking.

Responsibilities

• Create, monitor, and analyse project schedules.
• Prepare, implement, and monitor scopes of work using WBS.
• Coordinate schedules, updates, and distribution of reports.
• Assess Extension of Time (EOT) and Earn Value Management.
• Attend weekly meetings with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with ABMS and Quality Procedures.
