Astinas Construction & Development in Johor Bahru seeks a Project Coordinator to assist the Project Manager in overseeing development projects from pre-construction to completion. You will coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal teams to ensure timely and smooth execution.
Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, conducting site visits, resolving issues, tracking milestones, and preparing reports.

Assist the Project Manager in overseeing the daily operations of development projects from pre-construction to completion
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal teams to ensure timely and smooth project execution
Review and monitor project drawings, design specifications, and construction details to ensure compliance with approved plans
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality and safety standards are met
Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly
Track and report on project milestones, progress updates, and potential risks
Assist in the preparation of project reports, documentation, and correspondences
Ensure all works comply with regulatory guidelines, permits, and approvals
Support the handover process and project close-out activities

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably with a property developer or construction firm
Strong knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, and site operations
Familiar with local authority requirements, building regulations, and submission processes
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking software (e.g., Microsoft Project)
Able to work independently, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
Experience in residential, mixed-use, or commercial developments
Familiarity with CIDB, BEM, and local construction-related regulatory bodies
Possession of own transport and willingness to travel to site as required
