MITIME CONSTRUCTION MALAYSIA SDN BHD in Sungai Siput, Perak is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to support our construction projects on a full‑time basis. You will serve as the liaison between project management, site teams and clients, ensuring activities run on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a construction project coordination or similar role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assisting project managers in planning, scheduling and organising project activities and resources.
• Liaising between project teams, clients, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure effective communication.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation, contracts, permits and correspondence.
• Coordinating site meetings, preparing agendas and documenting minutes and action items.
• Monitoring timelines, budgets and deliverables to ensure adherence to plans.
• Preparing progress reports and status updates for stakeholders.
• Supporting procurement by coordinating material orders, deliveries and inventory.
• Assisting with health and safety compliance and regulatory documentation.
• Managing administrative tasks including scheduling and data entry.
• Supporting project closeout activities and lessons learned reviews.
