M Y DESIGN & RENOVATION SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our on-site team. This full-time role requires immediate start and offers opportunities for career growth.

You will monitor projects, coordinate with clients and suppliers, review drawings, ensure safety, and maintain site records. The position is based in Bandar Sri Damansara with a monthly salary between RM3,000 and RM5,000 and benefits including development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor works for the project and ensure compliance with contract specifications and timely handover.
• Ensure on-site workers adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Review project terms and attend meetings/site walks to understand requirements.
• Check and receive materials from suppliers to meet specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Prepare daily site reports and take progress photos.
• Understand project drawings and requirements, including architectural and interior design plans.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe environment throughout the project period.

Requirements

• Experience in interior design, renovation or similar role.
• Knowledge in Autocad or any related.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor works for the project and ensure that is done in compliance with contract specifications, including verification of completed works and ensure smooth handover of the project(s) is within the accepted time frame.
• Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health & safety regulations.
• Review project contractual terms and attend meetings / site walks to have a clear understanding of project requirements.
• Check and receive materials from supplier, to ensure all delivered materials meet the approved specification.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractor and supplier.
• Progress daily site reports, take site progress pictures, check and take site measurements.
• Understanding of project requirements including architectural and interior design drawings.
• Maintain best practices in terms of housekeeping and safe environment throughout the entire project period.
• Understand project flow and site practices.
• Submit a report from time to time to management.
• Monitor progress of construction operation and update to boss.
• Able to study drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand project requirement.
