Job summary

Mega Radiation Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. You will coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, adherence to specifications, and proper documentation for client approvals.

Ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in construction project coordination or a similar role, with responsibilities spanning planning, drawing coordination, schedule monitoring, and ensuring

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction project coordination or a similar role.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Experience maintaining project documentation and client approvals.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in planning and execution.
• Coordinate drawings with drafting team for client submissions.
• Monitor project schedule and site progress.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and submit drawings and material samples for approval.
• Ensure client sign-off before material orders.
• Maintain proper project documentation and filing.
• Prepare as-built drawings upon completion.
