Job summary

Mega Radiation Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. You will coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, adherence to specifications, and proper documentation for client approvals.

Ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in construction project coordination or a similar role, with responsibilities spanning planning, drawing coordination, schedule monitoring, and ensuring

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction project coordination or a similar role.
Ability to coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure on-schedule delivery.
Experience maintaining project documentation and client approvals.

Responsibilities

Assist Project Manager in planning and execution.
Coordinate drawings with drafting team for client submissions.
Monitor project schedule and site progress.
Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
Prepare and submit drawings and material samples for approval.
Ensure client sign-off before material orders.
Maintain proper project documentation and filing.
Prepare as-built drawings upon completion.

Key responsibilities

Assist Project Manager in planning and execution

Coordinate drawings with drafting team for client submission

Monitor project schedule and site progress

Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications

Prepare and submit drawings and material samples for approval

Ensure client sign-off before material orders

Maintain proper project documentation and filing

Prepare as-built drawings upon completion

Submit material orders using official form and place orders immediately after project award

Monitor delivery and update lead time
