Agensi Pekerjaan Global Hire Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Construction Operations & Workforce Management Executive to join our project team in Iskandar Puteri, Johor.

The role supports construction operations, project execution and workforce management, coordinating manpower planning, labour deployment, and attendance monitoring on site. You will work closely with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors and site teams to ensure adequate manpower resources and smooth progress, with focus on

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, Human Resource Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction operations, project coordination, workforce management or related functions preferred.
• Familiar with construction site operations, manpower planning, labour deployment and subcontractor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily construction activities and monitor project execution and progress.
• Support the implementation of construction plans and follow up on project schedules and work targets.
• Coordinate manpower planning and workforce deployment according to construction requirements.
• Monitor site manpower availability and assist in allocating labour resources to different work areas.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and labour teams regarding manpower requirements, mobilisation and work arrangements.
• Maintain and monitor worker attendance, manpower records, working hours and related workforce information.
• Assist in managing worker mobilisation and demobilisation according to project requirements.
• Monitor subcontractor workforce performance and follow up on manpower-related issues.
• Prepare manpower reports, progress records and other relevant project documentation.
• Ensure workforce arrangements comply with project requirements, company procedures and relevant site regulations.

Construction Operations & Workforce Management Executive

We are looking for an experienced Construction Operations & Workforce Management Executive to join our project team in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. The successful candidate will support construction operations, project execution and workforce management, including construction progress coordination, manpower planning, labour deployment, subcontractor workforce coordination, attendance monitoring and site workforce administration. The role requires close coordination with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors and site teams to ensure sufficient manpower resources and smooth project execution.

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, Human Resource Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction operations, project coordination, workforce management, labour management or related functions is preferred.
• Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, industrial or large-scale projects will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with construction site operations, manpower planning, labour deployment and subcontractor coordination.
• Experience in managing or coordinating large groups of site workers or subcontractor manpower will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction progress and site workforce requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively with project teams, site workers and subcontractors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
