Job summary

CENTER CITY JOINT ENGINEERING(MALAYSIA)SDN.BHD. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee daily site operations in Kuala Lumpur.

The role requires coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely, high-quality project execution. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with at least five years of site management experience, including two years in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of construction site management experience, including at least 2 years as Construction Manager.
• Experience in industrial buildings, steel structures, or data center projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality control, safety management, and project scheduling.
• Familiarity with Malaysian construction standards and regulations is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD; English required, Mandarin a plus.

• 负责施工现场整体管理，组织施工计划，监督现场施工质量、安全及进度。
• 协调业主、监理、顾问及分包商，确保项目按计划推进。
• 组织施工资源配置，控制施工成本，提高施工效率。
• 监督现场安全管理，确保符合公司及当地法规要求。
• 及时解决施工过程中出现的技术及管理问题。

• 熟悉施工工艺、工程质量、安全管理及施工进度控制。
