Job summary

MSA Maintenance and Construction Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Operation Executive to join our Gurun, Kedah team.

The role supports the smooth operation of our business, providing operational and financial assistance across engineering and construction activities. Reports directly to the Director and offers exposure to both operational and financial management in our sector. You will collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure accurate record-keeping, timely financial reporting, and

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Project.

Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day operational activities including project schedule, coordination, and documentation.
Support financial administrative tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and record HR management.
Prepare and maintain operational reports and financial statements under supervision.
Process purchase orders, payment vouchers, and other financial documentation.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor and track project expenditures and budgets.
Assist with data entry, filing, and database management.
Support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Perform general administrative duties as assigned by management.
