Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Executive Recruiters in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day financial operations and monitor weekly cash flow for the Group. You will prepare monthly management reports and consolidated accounts, while ensuring accuracy of payments and adherence to SOPs.

The ideal candidate holds ACCA/CPA/MICPA with MIA registration and has 7–10 years of relevant experience, including leadership roles.

Qualifications

ACCA/CPA/MICPA qualification and MIA registration.
7–10 years of relevant business experience; at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience in property, construction, or related industries is a plus.
Demonstrates integrity and honesty in all dealings.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and teamwork abilities.
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day financial operations across the Group.
Monitor and evaluate the Group’s weekly cash flow.
Prepare and review monthly management reports and consolidated accounts.
Review and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance; manage payments to contractors and suppliers.
Coordinate with auditors for statutory audits and with tax agents for submissions.
Strengthen internal control processes across the Group.
Ensure regulatory and SST/tax compliance and tax planning.
