Job summary

DAKOTA CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD requires an experienced construction professional to direct and coordinate site activities in Negeri Sembilan, Seremban. You will monitor progress, supervise site supervisors and subcontractors, and ensure adherence to drawings, specs, quality, and safety.

The role emphasizes coordination with Client representatives and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time project completion and accurate reporting of progress and VO management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in construction.
• Preferably experienced in shop lot and landed housing construction projects.
• Direct, coordinate, and monitor construction activities at the project site.
• Act as the focal point for construction-related discussions and coordination with the Client’s representatives.
• Coordinate construction matters with the Project, Engineering, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
• Finalize and monitor construction schedules and work procedures to ensure timely project completion.
• Review and verify reports on work progress, materials, manpower, construction equipment, and Variation Orders (VO).
• Prepare regular construction progress and status reports as required by the Client and Project Manager.
• Supervise and monitor site supervisors and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of construction works.
• Monitor overall site progress and resolve construction-related issues to minimize delays.
• Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and safety standards.
