Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable Site Project Manager to lead daily operations on civil engineering or infrastructure projects in Malaysia. You will supervise subcontractors, ensure safety, quality, and compliance with drawings and specs, and coordinate with consultants and clients to keep the project on track.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, at least five years of experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and CIDB Green

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with construction drawings, specifications, and local regulations.
• CIDB Green Card; added advantage if registered with DOSH.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, workers, and site supervisors.
• Ensure construction activities are completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and report site updates to the Project Manager.
• Solve site issues and liaise with authorities, consultants, and clients as necessary.
• Ensure all materials and manpower are available as per the construction schedule.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and quality control documentation.
