Job summary

Landhon Builders is seeking a qualified civil engineering professional to lead site operations in Selangor. You will supervise subcontractors, ensure compliance with drawings, and coordinate with authorities and clients.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, plus a minimum of 5 years in building or infrastructure projects. CIDB Green Card is required; DOSH registration is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with construction drawings, specifications and local regulations.
• CIDB Green Card is required; DOSH registration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, workers, and site supervisors.
• Ensure construction activities follow approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor progress and report site updates to the Project Manager.
• Liaise with authorities, consultants and clients as necessary.
• Ensure materials and manpower meet the construction schedule.
• Prepare site reports and quality control documentation.
