Job summary

Conspec Builders (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable administrator to handle document control, quotations, and financial tracking for construction projects. You will liaise with designers, clients, and the project team to ensure timely delivery and accurate records.

The role requires reading construction drawings, proficiency in MS Office, and a degree/diploma in construction management or related field. On-site work in Shah Alam, with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years admin or contract management experience in construction, engineering or architecture.
• Ability to read construction drawings and using MS Office; AutoCAD advantageous.
• Degree/diploma in construction management, business administration with construction experience or civil engineering.

Responsibilities

• Document Control: Manage, organize, and distribute project documents, including blueprints, RFIs, submittals, and drawings.
• Quotations & Claims: Take off, prepare estimates and invoice clients.
• Financial Tracking: Process subcontractor invoices, prepare pay estimates, and track approved change orders.
• Liaise between Project Team & Consultants: Designers, client, project team.
