Job summary

Qualifications

• Inspect, analyze and rectify to ensure all documentation and administrative works are in order
• Monitor to assure high performance of contractors and service providers in cleaning, security and other services
• Manage and review service contracts to ensure property management needs are met
• Cultivate good client-management relationships with resident committees or MC

Responsibilities

• Ensure property management is in compliance with building by laws and safety guidelines
• Attend to complaints tactfully and ensure appropriate corrective action is implemented promptly
• Review and resolve all project issues to comply with agreement, company policies and procedures, quality standard, cost and timeline
• Manage contractor and vendor relationships for business integrity and harmony
