Nagasia Property Management (M) Sdn Bhd in Sri Petaling, M14, MY is seeking a Building Executive to support the Area Manager in administration, operation and maintenance of the condominium. This on-site, full-time role requires coordinating staff and contractors to uphold by-laws and safety standards.

Applicants should have a diploma or degree in property/building management, 2–4 years of relevant experience, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in property management or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in property, facilities or building management.
• Knowledge of Strata Management Act 2013 and related regs.
• Familiarity with M&E systems and contractor coordination.
• Proficient with MS Office and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Area Manager with daily condominium operations.
• Monitor common property and building facilities and ensure timely maintenance.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, defect rectification and resident complaints.
• Supervise technicians, security, cleaners, landscapers and service providers.
• Monitor contractor performance and safety requirements.
• Prepare inspection reports, maintenance records and incident reports.
• Assist in enforcing house rules and by‑laws.
• Prepare operational reports, notices and meeting papers.
• Assist in budgeting and inventory for maintenance tools and consumables.
• Coordinate renovation applications and site inspections.
