Job summary

Makros Mix Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies for concrete batching plant products and services in Malaysia. You will build and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities while addressing queries and complaints from clients.

The role requires Mandarin and Cantonese language skills, strong knowledge of the concrete batching plant market, and the ability to capitalize on growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales management experience, preferably in concrete batching plant or construction materials.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for customer engagement.
• Able to speak Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Strong understanding of the concrete batching plant market and growth opportunities.
• Relevant qualification in sales/marketing will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote the company's concrete batching plant products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Be available to customers to answer queries or respond to complaints.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations and best practices.
• Negotiate with potential customers to settle on a sales deal.
• Resolve customer complaints, conflicts or disciplinary issues.
