The role requires a Civil engineering degree, BEM and EIM registrations, and 8+ years in readymix/concrete with 5+ years in management. Strong MS Office skills and English/Bahasa Malaysia proficiency are essential.

The candidate will optimize processes, reduce costs, and drive safety and quality across the plant, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) is required.
• Registered with Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM) is required.
• Registered with Institute of Engineer Malaysia (EIM) is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize machine utilization.
• Conduct quality control to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Plan and organize production to improve efficiency and service levels.
• Improve product quality while reducing costs for better margins.
• Control wastage and implement cost-saving measures.
• Explore alternative materials to enhance quality and cost savings.
• Develop high-performance concrete to meet high-specification requirements.
• Maintain a safe working environment and promote health and safety attitudes.
