Kerjaya Prospek Property Berhad seeks a friendly Concierge Associate to greet shoppers, answer inquiries, and direct concerns to the proper team. You will assist with baby stroller and wheelchair needs, lost children handling, and provide mall event information.

You will also log complaints, prepare weekly reports, manage lost and found records, and ensure the Information Counter runs smoothly during weekends and holidays at Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Diploma required; minimum 1 year in customer service or related field.
• Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to work weekends and mall hours.
• Based at Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur.
• Proficient in basic office software.

Responsabilités

• Respond to shopper inquiries at the Concierge Counter.
• Direct customer complaints to the appropriate department or personnel.
• Maintain a log of complaints.
• Provide baby stroller and wheelchair assistance.
• Assist with lost children and paging services.
• Stay updated on mall events, programs, and promotions and explain contest mechanics.
• Prepare weekly Activity Reports and Customer Traffic Reports.
• Oversee the Information Counter, ensuring only authorized personnel have access and materials are stocked.
• Handle gift redemptions and register participants for events or contests.
• Assist with placement/removal of posters and notices; update materials.
• Notify relevant department promptly about issues or equipment malfunctions.
• Manage Lost & Found records and update logs weekly and monthly.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
