Job summary

Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel and Residences is seeking a Doorman to create a warm, welcoming first impression for guests arriving at the hotel. You will open doors, greet visitors, assist with luggage, and provide directions to hotel facilities and local attractions.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Bellman/Concierge, arranging taxis, and ensuring a smooth entrance flow while maintaining grooming standards and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent education.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fit to stand for long periods and assist with luggage.
• Well-groomed and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the main entrance and open doors.
• Assist with luggage and coordinate with Bellman/Concierge.
• Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Ensure smooth flow of traffic and maintain entrance safety and cleanliness.
• Arrange taxis, valet services, and other transportation.
• Handle guest inquiries and escalate when necessary.
• Support the front office and concierge teams in delivering excellent guest service.
