Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur invites a Senior Concierge to join our Front Office team. Based at the property, the Senior Concierge delivers personalized, exceptional services to guests and leads the Concierge team in daily operations.

The role focuses on owning complex guest requests, ensuring timely follow‑up, and providing guidance to colleagues to maintain service standards consistent with Mandarin Oriental’s luxury guest experience.

Qualifications

• Guest-service oriented with a welcoming manner.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operation of the Concierge Department ensuring quality service.
• Lead and guide Concierge colleagues in daily operations.
• Provide personalised, warm and efficient service to guests according to service standards.
• Own complex guest requests and follow through to completion.
• Assist guests with arrangements requested by hotel guests.
• Handle forwarding items, storage and log records promptly.
• Manage guests’ luggage with accurate records.
• Induct and orient new Concierge staff.
• Serve as role model for service excellence, teamwork and leadership.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by senior management.
