Job summary

Integrated Cold Chain Logistics Sdn. Bhd. (ICCL) is seeking a Compliance Executive to support the Compliance Department under the guidance of the Compliance Manager.

You will maintain documentation, monitor compliance activities, and assist in audits to ensure accuracy and security of records. As the central Document Controller, you will register, classify, file, and distribute controlled documents, coordinate annual reviews, train staff, and assist in internal and external audits and

Responsibilities

• Serve as Document Controller for the company's compliance documents which responsible for managing, monitoring and maintaining a controlled document.
• Register new or revised documents, including SOPs, Wis, forms, records, and policies.
• Ensures all controlled documents is in classification, sorting, filing and proper archiving.
• Manage document storage (physical & digital) in an organized and secure manner.
• Maintain a master list of all documents and control their distribution to ensure only the latest, approved versions are in use.
• Coordinate and track the annual review of all controlled documents to ensure they remain current and accurate.
• Train personnel on procedure related with the controlled documents.
• Assist in preparing and submit required documents for internal/external audits.
• Assist in conducting company audits to ensure documents are being followed.
• Assist in and support internal and external compliance/customer audits, inspections, and follow-up
