Job summary

Guangdong Gaoyi Printing & Packaging Co in Malaysia is seeking a Document Controller to manage the company’s document control system, ensure proper maintenance of controlled documents, and support RBA, customer and social compliance audits.

The role requires 2–3 years of related experience and a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or related fields. Manufacturing packaging industry experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in document control, QA, ISO, or manufacturing administration.
• Experience in manufacturing or packaging industry is an advantage.
• Experience in ISO 9001, RBA or customer audit documentation is an added advantage.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Document Control, Industrial Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain documents for RBA, customer and social compliance audits.
• Maintain the Document Control System and ensure proper control of all documents.
• Coordinate with departments for new document creation and revisions.
• Check documents for proper format, numbering, revision history and approval before release.
• Assist audits by providing required documents and records.
