EY Malaysia invites applications for the Compensation & Benefits Manager/Assistant Manager role within Core Business Services (CBS). You will design, implement and administer C&B programs, collaborating with payroll, external consultants and global teams to ensure accurate, competitive outcomes across the business.

The position emphasizes market benchmarking, job evaluation, budget planning, remuneration reviews and robust reporting, with strong stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any related field.
• minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefit / Total Rewards.
• Familiarity with market surveys, reward analytics and remuneration review

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and administer C&B programs.
• Lead market benchmarking and salary surveys.
• Support budget planning for C&B proposals and data input.
• Coordinate job evaluation and pay structures for new roles.
• Manage data submissions and reports for remuneration reviews.
• Engage with stakeholders and external vendors on C&B activities.
