Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary / STPM / A-Level / Pre-U, Professional Certificate, or Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or equivalent.
  • ICSA qualification, ICSA finalist, or those pursuing ICSA / Degree / Diploma in Secretarial studies are strongly encouraged.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
  • Assist the Company Secretary in all aspects of company secretarial duties and corporate governance functions.
  • Handle basic corporate secretarial tasks, including preparation of documents and submissions.
  • Assist in preparing resolutions, minutes, annual returns, statutory forms, and company incorporation documents.
  • Maintain and update statutory records, registers, and ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform daily secretarial filings and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Support the Management with ad-hoc secretarial and administrative tasks when required.
