Job summary

Safran Landing Systems Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a communications support professional to organize the communications folder for event photography and video assets, and prepare a Sendayan historical timeline from 2013 to 2026. You will coordinate corporate communications for workshops, create information panels, media, and monitor displays for Nilai and Sendayan.

You will also draft onboarding naming SOPs with a sustainability focus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communication, Art Design or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Organize and clean the Communication folder for photography and video events and other sub-folders.
• Prepare and execute a Sendayan historical Timeline from 2013 to 2026.
• Prepare corporate communications in the workshop, including creation of information panels, media, monitors for Nilai and Sendayan.
• Write a SOP for naming during onboarding for Cubicle/Office naming with sustainability in mind.
• Prepare scope of work and quotation for a new canteen design.
• Adhere to Safety, Health, Environmental and Energy policies and participate in related activities.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Job description

Organize, clean the Communication folder for photography and video events, and others sub-folders.

Prepare and execute a Sendayan historical Timeline form 2013 to 2026.

Prepare corporate communication in the workshop, pull up creation, information panels, media, monitors, for Nilai and Sendayan.

Write a SOP for naming process during onboarding for Cubicle, Office naming. Ensure sustainability.

Prepare Scope of work and quotation for new canteen design.

B) Others

Adhere and actively participate in occupational Safety, Health and Environmental; and Energy policies, procedures and activities such as I-See I-Act, GPI, low carbon initiative, etc.

Adhere and comply with Business Ethics, Anti-Corruption, Flight Safety Management System, and others relevant policies, procedures and activities

Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree inCommunication, Art Design or any related disciplines.

Adaptability and versatile.

Time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Communication skill and able to deal with variety of people.

Detail-oriented.

Proficient in graphic design skills & video editing software e.g Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Capcut, etc.
