Job summary

SPANCO SDN BHD is offering an internship in Corporate Communications within the BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND COMMUNICATIONS department in Kuala Lumpur. You will support content planning, social media content development, and audience engagement efforts as part of the BDCC team.

The role requires pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, strong English and Bahasa Melayu communication, and basic Office skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Creative mindset with attention to design aesthetics.
• Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and social media.
• Knowledge in Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop or video editing tools preferred.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Requirements :

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and design aesthetics.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.

Knowledge in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or video editing tools added advantage.

Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate in a fast paced environment.

Justification:

This internship position will support the BDCC Department in strengthening SPANCO's social media presence through content planning, creative content development, short-form video production, platform management, and audience engagement monitoring. The intern will also contribute to corporate marketing and communications initiatives, including the promotion of key activities and campaigns related to SPANCO's corporate calendar, festive gifts, and other departmental initiatives.

The position will provide additional support in enhancing digital visibility, maintaining consistent corporate branding, and improving social media engagement across SPANCO's official platforms.
