An internship role focused on visual content creation and event support within Proforest's communications team.

Responsibilities

• Design and edit digital assets (posters, infographics, videos) for internal and external communications.
• Develop merchandise designs (t‑shirts, event materials, etc.).
• Ensure all visuals align with corporate branding guidelines.
• Capture high‑quality photos and videos of internal and external events and activities.
• Edit photos and videos for internal and external communications and social media platforms.
• Support internal and external events, including quarterly meetings, exhibitions, and employee engagement activities.
• Support with logistics, set‑up, and promotional materials.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance communication campaigns and engagement initiatives.

Academic Qualification

Open for fresh graduates or those currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.

Essential Requirements

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia or Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficiency in Canva; Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or CapCut are a plus.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.00 or second class upper or equivalent.
• Minimum internship duration of 12 weeks or above.
• Compulsory internship placement by university.

Desirable

• Passionate about visual storytelling, corporate communications, and stakeholder management.
• A proactive, team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Able to accommodate occasional global online meetings (up to three times a month, UK time in the AM / MY time in the PM).
• Good communication skills and creative mindset.
