Job summary

Plexus-anchored RFQ coordination drives cost efficiency. Prepare and execute RFQs, including quoting and repricing, to deliver the lowest total cost.

Provide site material escalation support through the Plexpedite process, taking swift action on part shortages so manufacturing sites have the right parts to meet customer needs. Maintain data integrity and load Plexus agreements to ensure continuity of supply.

Prepare and execute RFQs: Contribute to the Global & Regional Request for Quote (RFQ) Process, including quoting and repricing efforts, to contribute to cost reduction with a focus on lowest total cost.

Deliver site material escalation support through the parts expediting process (Plexpedite). Take swift action on part shortages so our manufacturing sites have the right parts to meet our customers’ needs.

Perform Plexus agreement loading, review, and maintenance to ensure continuity of supply.

Maintain data integrity by being detail oriented and tech savvy. Ensure clean data management to safeguard the operational metrics, which allow for quality decision making and management.

Optimize business processes with a LEAN mindset and an eye for continuous improvement. Drive out waste and downtime from sourcing tools, processes and systems to increase team productivity and value.
