Job summary

Caction - Good Works Technology Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Sales Consultant – Digital Transformation & AI to connect with business owners and operations leaders, understand how they currently operate and demonstrate how Caction can solve their problems.

You will guide customers through the sales process from first conversation to closing, conduct product demonstrations, tailor proposals, negotiate terms and build lasting relationships while expanding the company’s SaaS footprint.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, solution sales or consultative sales.
• Ability to articulate business value to owners and executives.
• Interest in digital transformation, AI and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and referrals.
• Identify and approach potential customers across industries.
• Conduct product demonstrations and build tailored proposals.
• Negotiate terms and close new business.
