Job summary

DreamSoft Technology is seeking a driven Software Sales Consultant to join our Business Solutions sales team in Malaysia. Your role focuses on building a strong pipeline, meeting individual targets, and advancing opportunities through a structured sales process.

You will collaborate with the Sales Manager to improve conversion rates and overall sales execution. Responsibilities include prospecting, customer discovery, product demonstrations, and maintaining accurate forecasts in the CRM.

Qualifications

2 years of proven experience in software sales, B2B technology sales, or SaaS products.
Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding individual sales quotas.
Strong understanding of business solutions, enterprise software, or digital transformation trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with decision-makers.
Willingness to travel to support client meetings.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop a clear daily sales plan and execute activities to achieve revenue objectives.
Monitor sales performance and identify gaps to formulate recovery plans.
Actively prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.
Conduct customer discovery sessions to uncover pain points and bottlenecks.
Position solutions through compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
Handle objections, negotiate terms, and guide clients to closure.
Maintain pipeline coverage and accurate sales forecasts in CRM.
Collaborate with Marketing and Solution/Support teams for smooth handover post-sale.
