Job summary

Private Advertiser in Melaka is seeking a kitchen assistant to support daily food preparation and ensure dishes meet the highest standards. You will follow recipes from the Chef de Partie and help maintain quality across all preparations.

Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of ingredients while observing food safety and halal guidelines. You will assist with banquets and daily service, and continuously learn under senior chefs.

Qualifications

• Certification in a related field is required.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Willing to work in Melaka (Portuguese Settlement Area).
