Experian, a global data and technology company, seeks an entry-level procurement role to support the Global Procurement Hub from Malaysia. You will handle day-to-day buying activities, supplier onboarding, purchase orders and contract administration across regions, while building capability in stakeholder engagement and process improvements.

The role offers hybrid work with time split between office and remote work, and exposure to ERP systems like Oracle, SAP or GEP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing or business operations support.
• Experience with supplier onboarding, purchase requisitions, purchase orders or contract administration.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day buying activities across multiple regions.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Maintain procurement data, trackers and reports to ensure accuracy and SLA alignment.
• Assist in governance and process improvements, including system enhancements.
