Job summary

RecruitFirst Sdn Bhd is supporting a global technology leader to recruit a Procurement Specialist in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage end-to-end purchasing, source suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Procurement or related field, at least 3 years in procurement (indirect preferred), familiarity with PR-PO processes and P2P, and experience with SAP Ariba or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related fields.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including PR, PO, invoices and payments.
• Source suppliers, compare quotations and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Work with internal teams and regional stakeholders to ensure procurement compliance.
• Analyse procurement data, prepare reports and identify cost-saving opportunities.
