Job summary

Singtel Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead pricing and commercial activities for mobile, roaming, mobility solutions, and IoT for Enterprise customers. You will work with Sales to understand client requirements, develop pricing, value propositions, and submissions, ensuring alignment with strategy and margins.

The role requires at least 3 years in IT/telecom commercial roles, strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to present business cases to senior management.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, business, engineering, economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in IT or telecommunications commercial roles.
• Experience in pricing management, business case development, or related customer engagements.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities with Excel proficiency.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategy and provide commercial support for mobile, roaming, mobility solutions, and IoT.
• Collaborate with Sales to understand customer requirements and craft pricing, value propositions, and proposals.
• Ensure pricing aligns with strategy and target margins.
• Create commercially competitive solutions balancing customer needs and profitability.
• Prepare business cases and obtain approval through management forums.
• Provide timely commercial insights and pricing analyses to Sales and management.
• Support cost optimization and process improvements across pricing workflows.
