Job summary

Singtel KL(Sudong MY Sdn Bhd) is seeking a Commercial Executive to drive pricing and commercial activities for mobile, roaming, IoT, and enterprise solutions. You will work with Sales and stakeholders to craft competitive propositions and ensure pricing aligns with margins.

The role involves pricing analysis, business case development, and cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Product, and vendors in a fast-paced Shared Services environment in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies, Engineering, Economics required.
• 3+ years in IT or telecommunications or related sectors preferred.
• Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint; strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to negotiate with stakeholders and present business cases to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales to understand customer requirements and formulate pricing strategies.
• Ensure pricing aligns with strategy and target margins.
• Provide customer discounts within the empowerment framework and escalate for approvals when needed.
• Coordinate and present findings to obtain executive approval for customer submissions.
• Prepare management reports and conduct pricing trend analyses using MS Excel.
• Support around 20 pricing requests per month for the Enterprise segment.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to optimize pricing and cost structures.
• Support process improvements and cross-functional duties as required.
