Commercial Operations Executive (Cloud Business Operations)

We are looking for an organized and analytical Commercial Operations Executive to join our Multi-Cloud Team (Global) in Kuala Lumpur. This role will support cloud business operations, billing management, operational reporting, supplier reconciliation, and SOP coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage monthly billing operations for hybrid cloud business services.

Perform supplier reconciliation and cost verification with upstream vendors.

Support sales commission calculation, profit analysis, and operational reporting.

Prepare operational data analysis and management reports.

Coordinate across departments to improve operational processes and efficiency.

Assist in SOP development, staff training, and new business platform preparation.

Support operational planning and process optimization initiatives.

Job Requirements

Diploma or above in Business, Finance, IT, Data Analytics, or related fields.

Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant working experience in cloud computing, internet technology, business operations, or commercial support roles are preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
