Job summary

COMBO TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Commercial Operations Executive to support cloud business operations, billing management, and reporting.

You will coordinate with multiple departments to optimize processes and implement SOPs, with a focus on cost verification and supplier alignment. The role requires a diploma or higher, 2–3 years in related fields, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Business, Finance, IT, Data Analytics or related field.
• 2–3 years in cloud computing, internet tech, business operations or commercial support preferred; fresh grads welcome.
• Strong analytical, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork capabilities with a positive working attitude.
• Proficient in English and Chinese to support regional stakeholders and clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in operational reporting, billing or project coordination preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or DASCA ABDA/SBDA will be an added advantage.
• Applicants must be based in Kuala Lumpur / Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly billing operations for hybrid cloud business services.
• Perform supplier reconciliation and cost verification with upstream vendors.
• Support sales commission calculation, profit analysis, and operational reporting.
• Prepare operational data analysis and management reports.
• Coordinate across departments to improve operational processes and efficiency.
• Assist in SOP development, staff training, and new business platform preparation.
• Support operational planning and process optimization initiatives.
