Job summary

NETMEDIAS LEASHARES Sdn Bhd is seeking a Commercial Operations Executive to ensure smooth mobile content and subscription services across international markets. You will work with telcos, gateways, and internal teams to resolve issues and support growth.

The role involves monitoring performance, driving campaigns, and launching new services with a proactive, data-driven mindset. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and acts quickly.
• Strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and data.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow through on tasks.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Launch New Services: Coordinate service setup, testing, launches, and operational readiness.

Analyse & Improve: Monitor performance data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, IT, or a related field.

1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
