Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and acts quickly.
• Strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and data.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow through on tasks.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Keep Things Running: Manage daily market operations and resolve issues quickly.
• Monitor Business Performance: Review revenue reports, track payments, and identify improvements.
• Work with Business Partners: Coordinate with telcos, gateways, service providers, and internal teams.
• Support Business Growth: Collaborate on market expansion, marketing campaigns, and user acquisition.
• Launch New Services: Coordinate service setup, testing, launches, and readiness.
• Analyse & Improve: Monitor performance data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities.
