Job summary

Dibsy Global Enterprise is seeking a Commercial Manager (Trade & Retail) to lead offline channels across B2B retail accounts, direct retail, and physical activations. You will own channel revenue growth, trade planning, and profitability while governing the regional team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing and 4–5 years in sales or retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/related field.
• 4–5 years in sales, retail, or business development.
• 2+ years in supervisory/managerial role (FMCG preferred).
• Strong commercial acumen with trade margins and P&L.
• Experience in B2B key accounts and B2C retail/events.

Responsibilities

• Develop B2B/B2C commercial strategies to hit revenue and gross margin targets.
• Oversee key retail accounts, partner commercial terms, listing strategies and in-store execution.
• Manage budgets for B2B/B2C, promotions, and event ROI.
• Lead channel executive team, coach, and set KPIs; conduct field audits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet targets and resolve issues.
