is seeking a Sales/Commercial Manager (Trade & Retail) to lead offline commercial channels across B2B retail accounts, direct retail, and physical activations in Malaysia. You will own channel revenue growth, trade planning, channel profitability, and team governance. Responsibilities include developing strategies for revenue and margin targets, managing trade budgets, overseeing key accounts, and driving in-store activation standards.

Qualificações

• 4–5 years in sales, retail, or business development.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.

Responsabilidades

• Develop B2B/B2C commercial strategies to hit revenue and gross margin targets.
• Oversee key retail accounts, partner commercial terms, listing strategies, and in-store execution standards.
• Manage budget allocation for B2C retail and activations, including location selection and operational frameworks.
• Lead, coach, and set KPIs for the channel executive team; conduct high-level reviews and field audits.
• Work with internal teams to align on business targets and resolve operational, financial, or account issues.
