Job summary

Healthland Sinaran Holdings is seeking an experienced Interior Designer in Kuala Lumpur to develop and deliver interior design concepts, drawings, and specifications for commercial projects. Qualifications

Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Architecture or related field.
Proven experience as Interior Designer in the interior design industry.
Excellent design skills with a strong portfolio.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent project management skills with ability to manage timelines, budgets, resources.
2–3 years experience on commercial projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and produce interior design concepts, drawings, and specifications.
Prepare and present design proposals to management, and revise designs as necessary based on their feedback.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Ensure that designs are compliant with building codes, regulations, and standards.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to ensure that materials and furnishings are delivered on time and meet design specifications.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that work is being completed according to design specifications and quality standards.
