Job summary

Sinaran Advance Group Berhad is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to shape residential and commercial projects with leadership, mentorship, and hands-on design execution. You will drive concept development, client collaboration, and documentation from concept to completion.

The role requires a design degree, 4+ years of experience in commercial interiors, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen or permanent resident (local candidates only).
• Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial projects.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and material selection.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to handle timelines, fieldwork, and mentor junior designers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and develop innovative interior concepts.
• Produce detailed design plans, technical drawings, and 3D visualizations.
• Oversee project implementation, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct on-site measurements and create 2D/3D drawings.
• Ensure design quality from concept to completion.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering collaboration and skill development.
• Document completed projects for portfolio and marketing.
