Schneider Electric Industries (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Commercial Excellence Manager to translate sales strategy into action across Sales and Marketing. You will drive processes, strengthen capabilities, and optimize business cadences to boost commercial effectiveness.

The role requires a minimum of six years in technology-enabled sales, strong analytical and leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional projects while delivering scalable solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years in technology-enabled sales, marketing or business development with exposure to business transformation.
• Strong operational excellence mindset and experience improving processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects with planning and collaboration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial and innovative with the ability to turn ideas into action.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Sales Incentive Plan processes including target setting and performance monitoring.
• Drive platforming and coverage campaigns to support commercial priorities.
• Strengthen Sales and Marketing alignment and drive automation and efficiency.
• Translate strategic objectives into operational plans and coordinate across departments.
• Drive transformation initiatives across the sales organization and annual plan.
• Facilitate account planning and close collaboration with priority accounts.
