Job summary

Schneider Electric in Malaysia is seeking a Commercial Operations, Pricing & Insights Manager to lead and integrate commercial operations, pricing & policy, data analytics, digital enablement and BI to drive profitable growth and informed decision-making.

You will oversee a multi-disciplinary team, partner with Sales and Marketing, and strengthen governance, execution excellence and insights generation to optimize pricing and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial operations, pricing, sales operations, analytics or related roles.
• Proven people management experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Solid experience in pricing governance, sales performance management and commercial analytics.
• Exposure to digital transformation and data/AI-enabled commercial tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern key commercial operations processes, ensuring consistent execution and continuous improvement.
• Drive sales performance management processes, including sales incentive governance, target setting, performance tracking and reporting.
• Strengthen sales and marketing enablement through structured cadences, tools, reporting and best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective deployment of strategic initiatives.
