- MEP Apartment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to accurately calculate quantities from drawings, assist with price inquiries, and maintain the materials database for all installation disciplines. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in QS or related field, data center experience is preferred, and familiarity with contract management, cost control systems, and FIDIC standards.

• Data center experience preferred.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in handling claims, variations, and project budgeting is preferred.
• Ability to work in English or Chinese.
