Job summary

China State Construction & Engineering Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a CSCEC subsidiary, seeks a Quality Assurance & Control Engineer to join our projects in Penang. The role focuses on inspecting materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications, and on analyzing data to drive corrective actions on-site.

The candidate should have a Civil/Construction background, be detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating with the Project Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of working experience is an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
