Job summary

TP in Malaysia is seeking Automotive Collection Officers to contact customers about outstanding payments, follow up overdue accounts, and assist with payment arrangements while delivering a positive customer experience. Fresh graduates and applicants with collections, customer service, or sales experience are welcome; local Malaysians only.

Work location is G Tower with Monday–Friday shifts and rotational hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM to 11:00 AM–8:00 PM).

• Good English communication skills (B2 or above).

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve payment-related issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-up activities.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure customers meet their agreed payment commitments.
